Cancellations and refunds policy

In the event of a cancellation, a credit is available at any time. WCUPSA offers a variety of programs throughout the year, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with families that may need to make last minute changes to their calendar. If at any time registration must be cancelled for one of our programs, a credit equal to the value of the camp/program for which a participant is registered is offered and valid towards any future WCUPSA program.

If a credit is not desirable, families may request a refund within the following guidelines:

  • A full refund may be requested for any cancellation made 30 days prior to the program start date.
  • A partial refund (program fee less $25) may be requested 15-29 days prior to the program start date.
  • No refund will be given for any cancellations that are made within 14 days of the program start date.
